Human and Mouse Phospho-TYK2 (Y1054) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS2009)

This Phosphorylation ELISA from Assay Genie quantitatively detects phosphorylated TYK2 at the activating tyrosine 1054 residue, providing site-specific measurement of kinase activation status in cell lysates and tissue lysates. TYK2 (Tyrosine Kinase 2) is a member of the JAK family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases and plays a central role in type I interferon, IL-12, IL-23, and IL-10 cytokine signaling through the JAK-STAT pathway. Phosphorylation at Y1054 within the activation loop correlates with kinase activation, making this assay useful for studies of cytokine-driven signal transduction, autoimmune disease mechanisms, and profiling of small-molecule TYK2 inhibitors.
