Human and Mouse Phospho-TYK2 (Y1054) and Total TYK2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS2010)

The Assay Genie phospho-TYK2 (Y1054) and total TYK2 kit enables simultaneous quantification of phosphorylated and total Tyrosine Kinase 2 in cell lysates and tissue lysates, supporting normalization of activation-state readouts against protein abundance. Tyrosine 1054 lies within the TYK2 kinase activation loop, where autophosphorylation drives catalytic activity downstream of type I interferon, IL-12, and IL-23 receptor engagement through the JAK-STAT pathway.

This dual-analyte ELISA uses a pre-coated microplate and recombinant phospho- and total-TYK2 standards for curve generation. Each kit includes phospho-specific and pan-protein detection antibodies, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent sufficient for a complete plate run. Typical sample volume is 100 uL per well, and lysates should be prepared in buffer supplemented with phosphatase inhibitors to preserve the Y1054 phospho-epitope.
