Human and Mouse Phospho-FRS2 (Y436) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1835)

This phosphorylation ELISA from Assay Genie quantifies tyrosine 436 phosphorylation of fibroblast growth factor substrate 2 (FRS2), an adaptor and docking protein central to FGFR and neurotrophin receptor signaling. Monitoring FRS2 Y436 phosphorylation reports active, receptor-proximal signaling through GRB2 and SHP2 recruitment, propagating downstream into MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT cascades implicated in neuronal differentiation, prostate cancer research, and breast cancer pathway studies. The microplate-based protocol accepts cell lysates and tissue lysates; lysates should be aliquoted and stored frozen to preserve phospho-epitope integrity, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided.
