The Assay Genie Phospho-EGFR (Y992) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit is a phosphorylation ELISA that selectively detects EGFR only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 992, a key autophosphorylation site that recruits PLC-gamma and triggers downstream mitogenic and survival signaling cascades.

Validated for human lysates with confirmed cross-reactivity toward mouse EGFR, this 96-assay microplate kit accepts cell lysates and tissue lysates prepared from in vitro cell culture or in vivo tissue models.
