Within the HER/ErbB signaling pathway (Uniprot P00533, Gene ID 3236), this dual-analyte panel from Assay Genie is built around a human-specific capture antibody pair that has been validated for mouse EGFR ortholog cross-reactivity, so researchers can benchmark kinase inhibitor responses across human tumor lines and syngeneic mouse models using the same standard curve. The reconstituted Positive Control is aliquoted and held at -70 °C, while working reagents (Wash Buffer, Assay Diluent, TMB One-Step Substrate, HRP-Streptavidin, Stop Solution, and Cell Lysate Buffer) are returned to 4 °C between runs to limit freeze-thaw damage; the unopened kit ships at -20 °C and remains stable for 6 months from the date of shipment.
