Human Amyloid Beta Precursor Protein Binding Protein 2 (APPBP2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Amyloid Beta Precursor Protein Binding Protein 2 (APPBP2) ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of APPBP2, a cytoplasmic adaptor protein—also referred to as PAT1—that participates in microtubule-based vesicle trafficking and interacts with the cytoplasmic tail of APP. This interaction positions APPBP2 as a molecule of interest in studies of APP processing, endosomal sorting, and the molecular pathology of Alzheimer's disease and related neurodegenerative conditions. The assay uses a sandwich ELISA configuration with colorimetric readout on a 96-well microplate, validated for human APPBP2 with no significant cross-reactivity reported for homologous proteins in the test panel. The protocol uses a 100 µL sample volume per well, and each kit contains reagents sufficient for 96 assays.
