Human Amnionless (AMN) ELISA Kit

The Amnionless protein is a transmembrane component of the cubilin–amnionless receptor complex, which mediates uptake of cobalamin (vitamin B12) and other ligands in renal and intestinal epithelia. Quantification of AMN in experimental samples is useful in studies of megaloblastic anemia, Imerslund-Gräsbeck syndrome, and renal tubular reabsorption pathways.

This Assay Genie immunoassay is configured for research use only and provides reagents sufficient for 96 assays per kit. It is intended for use with cell lysates and tissue homogenates prepared from human-derived specimens, supporting immunobiology, renal physiology, and hematology workflows.

Each kit includes a pre-coated microplate and the necessary reagents to perform the assay. Standard laboratory equipment capable of measuring absorbance in a microplate reader is required.
