Human Aminopeptidase Q (AQPEP) ELISA Kit

The colorimetric detection method provides a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.23 ng/mL.

AQPEP, also known as Laeverin or glutaminyl-peptide cyclotransferase, is a membrane-bound metalloprotease that processes and regulates peptide hormones and neurotransmitters. Dysregulation of the enzyme has been associated with conditions including Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, inflammatory disorders, and cancer, supporting its use as a biomarker for research into disease mechanisms. The kit is intended for research use only and includes components for performing the assay with absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
