This PharmaGenie kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative analysis of XPNPEP1 (X-Prolyl aminopeptidase 1, Aminopeptidase P1) in human specimens, supporting research into bradykinin degradation, angiotensin metabolism, and renal cell carcinoma biomarker discovery. The microplate-based assay uses a human-specific capture antibody that selectively binds endogenous XPNPEP1 with no significant cross-reactivity with the homologous XPNPEP2 isozyme or other cytosolic aminopeptidases.
