Human Aminopeptidase O/ONPEP ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Aminopeptidase O (ONPEP) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody format with a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), and a TMB substrate read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL with a standard range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity has been evaluated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5 per matrix).

Recovery performance in spiked samples was 89-100% (average 96%) in serum, 86-95% (average 91%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-98% (average 92%) in heparin plasma. Aminopeptidase O is described as an enzyme involved in protein metabolism, immune responses, and inflammation, with dysregulation linked to cancer, autoimmune disorders, and metabolic diseases, making it a biomarker of interest for disease pathogenesis research.

The kit is intended for human reactive samples and should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
