ANPEP (Aminopeptidase N), also known as the myeloid lineage surface marker CD13, is a zinc-dependent membrane metallopeptidase involved in peptide processing, angiogenesis, and immune cell signaling. It is studied as a biomarker in acute myeloid leukemia, solid tumor invasion and metastasis, chronic inflammatory disorders, and viral entry research, where the protein functions as an attachment receptor for some coronaviruses and enteroviruses. This kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of soluble human ANPEP in cleared cell culture supernatant and patient plasma using a microplate-based ELISA format, with signal developed on a standard absorbance plate reader. Each kit is supplied as a complete reagent set containing pre-coated wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant ANPEP standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and wash buffer, and is intended for in vitro research use only. Unopened components should be stored refrigerated at 4°C, with working dilutions kept on ice and protected from light; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted standards.
