The ERAP2 enzyme, also called LRAP, is an endoplasmic reticulum-resident aminopeptidase that trims N-terminal residues from antigenic peptide precursors before they are loaded onto MHC class I molecules. This biological role makes ERAP2 a focus of investigation in antigen processing pathways, autoimmune conditions such as ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn's disease and type 1 diabetes, tumor immune evasion, and host cellular response to viral infection including SARS-CoV-2.

Each kit is supplied with a pre-coated capture microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant ERAP2 reference standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and chromogenic substrate solution for quantitative readout.
