Human Aminoacyl tRNA Synthetase Complex Interacting Multifunctional Protein 1 (AIMP1) ELISA Kit

AIMP1, also known in the literature as p43 or EMAP II, is a multifunctional protein originally identified as a non-catalytic component of the multi-aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase complex. The secreted, cleaved form (EMAP II) acts as a pro-inflammatory cytokine with chemotactic activity for leukocytes and has been investigated in models of autoimmune disease, tumour angiogenesis, and pulmonary fibrosis.
