Human AMICA PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0249)

The AMICA (Adhesion Molecule Interacting with CXADR) quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie enables researchers to measure soluble AMICA levels in human samples. AMICA, also known as JAML, is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and activated T cells where it mediates leukocyte adhesion and migration across epithelial barriers through engagement with the coxsackievirus and adenovirus receptor (CXADR).

Each kit is configured for 96 determinations. Input material is prepared from cell culture supernatant; plasma-based and serum-based workflows are both supported. Researchers apply this assay to investigations of neutrophil and T-cell trafficking, mucosal inflammation, epithelial barrier integrity and broader immune regulation pathways. The kit provides pre-coated microplate wells, matched detection antibody reagents, and calibrator material used to generate a standard curve for interpolating unknown sample concentrations.
