Human AMFR/E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human AMFR (Autocrine motility factor receptor), also referred to as E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase AMFR, gp78, AMF receptor, RING finger protein 45, GP78, or RNF45, in human samples. The double-antibody assay has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL.

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with all components stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. In validation testing, recovery averaged 92% in serum (range 86-104%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 85-104%), and 93% in heparin plasma (range 87-101%) across five replicates per sample type. The procedure involves reagent equilibration, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-streptavidin (SABC) step, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
