Human AMBN (Ameloblastin) ELISA KIT (HUFI08252)

This quantitative ELISA from Assay Genie measures human Ameloblastin (AMBN), a secreted enamel matrix protein best known for organising the prismatic architecture of developing tooth enamel. AMBN is expressed predominantly by ameloblasts and has also been detected in odontoblasts, dental pulp cells, and certain bone- and tumour-derived populations, making it a useful marker in studies of dental development and mineralised-tissue biology.

The kit is supplied in a 96 Assays microplate layout, providing the coated plate, detection reagents, standards, and buffers needed to complete a full run on a standard plate reader. Intended for in vitro research use only, it supports work on amelogenesis, characterisation of amelogenesis imperfecta, screening of dental biomaterials and pulp-capping agents, and quantification of AMBN in conditioned media from dental pulp stem cells or odontogenic cell lines. Reagents should be handled according to the package insert, and reconstituted components are best aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Each lot is validated for performance on human research specimens.
