The Human ALY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of ALY (also known as ALYREF or THOC4), an essential mRNA nuclear export adapter within the THO/TREX complex. Investigators studying transcription-coupled mRNA processing, nuclear export mechanisms, and post-transcriptional gene regulation use this microplate-based kit to measure ALY concentrations in human serum specimens.
