Human Alpha-tocopherol transfer protein-like (TTPAL) ELISA Kit

Linearity has been validated in serum (95–104% to 83–92% across serial dilutions), EDTA plasma (106–118% to 104–113%), and heparin plasma (109–119% to 104–114%). Recovery averages 101% in serum (range 95–107%) and 103% in plasma (range 97–109%). The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant human Alpha-tocopherol transfer protein-like.
