Human Alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 (ORM2) ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human Alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 (ORM2; also known as Orosomucoid-2, OMD 2, AGP 2, and AGP2), an acute-phase plasma protein that functions as a transport protein in the bloodstream and modulates immune activity during the acute-phase reaction. The kit is intended for research use only and uses a colorimetric detection method.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.625–40 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.12 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.3%, and an inter-assay CV of 6.4%. The assay is specific for both natural and recombinant human Alpha-1-acid glycoprotein 2 and is reactive with human samples.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.
