Human Allograft inflammatory factor 1 (AIF1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of human Allograft Inflammatory Factor 1 (AIF1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Produced by Assay Genie, the kit uses colorimetric detection of AIF1 (synonyms: IBA1, Protein G1, AIF-1, Ionized calcium-binding adapter molecule 1), recognising both natural and recombinant human protein.

Reported performance includes a detection range of 78-5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 31 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 5.7% and inter-assay CV is 9.3%. Linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is 80-116% in serum, 82-121% in EDTA plasma and 89-117% in heparin plasma (each n=5). Recovery averages 115% in serum (range 109-120%) and 117% in plasma (range 111-120%).
