Human Alkaline Phosphatase/ALPL ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of human Alkaline Phosphatase/ALPL using a double-antibody detection format. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target protein; standards and appropriately diluted samples are added to allow the analyte to bind, and a biotinylated detection antibody directed against a different epitope is then applied to form a sandwich complex. HRP-conjugated Streptavidin and a TMB substrate produce a colorimetric reaction that is stopped with an acidic solution and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm, with signal intensity directly proportional to analyte concentration as read against a standard curve.

Compatible sample types include cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples; serum and plasma are also supported. The assay reports a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL across a measuring range of 3.125–200 ng/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
