Human Aldolase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA designed to detect aldolase levels in human samples. Aldolase is an enzyme involved in glycolysis that plays a key role in cellular energy production, and aldolase levels serve as important biomarkers in conditions such as muscular dystrophy, liver disease, and cancer.

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this kit operates with a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. It is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity in serum at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 84-100%, 80-99% and 83-100% respectively, with EDTA plasma at 83-95%, 85-97% and 94-99%, and heparin plasma at 83-100%, 83-100% and 82-95%. Recovery ranges from 85-102% in serum (average 96%), 87-101% in EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 87-102% in heparin plasma (average 93%).
