Human Aldolase C ELISA Kit (HUFI07998)

Aldolase C, also known as ALDOC, is a brain-enriched isoform of fructose-bisphosphate aldolase that is widely investigated as a tissue-specific marker in glioma progression and central nervous system studies. The Assay Genie kit is calibrated against recombinant human ALDOC and uses a 100 uL sample volume per well in a standard microplate immunoassay workflow, with no significant cross-reactivity reported against aldolase A or B isoforms from related species. Packaged for 96 Assays, the reagents include a pre-coated well plate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic TMB substrate, and stop solution. Reconstituted standards and detection reagents should be aliquoted, stored refrigerated, protected from light, and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity over the shelf life of the kit.
