AKT1 is a key protein in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway with a role in cell growth, survival, and metabolism, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for research applications.

Linearity was demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions in serum (95-104%, 87-104%, 90-100%), EDTA plasma (86-101%, 88-98%, 84-100%), and heparin plasma (82-94%, 81-90%, 80-91%). Recovery ranged from 85-97% for serum (average 91%), 86-104% for EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 90-99% for heparin plasma (average 94%). The kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
