Human AIF/Apoptosis Inducing Factor ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of Apoptosis Inducing Factor (AIF) in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format and a colorimetric detection method. The assay is reactive with human samples and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (85-103% at 1:2, 85-102% at 1:4, 93-105% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (85-98% at 1:2, 82-99% at 1:4, 89-99% at 1:8), and heparin plasma (80-99% at 1:2, 81-97% at 1:4, 81-99% at 1:8). Recovery ranges are 91-104% (average 95%) for serum, 86-105% (average 99%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-104% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. The kit is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.
