Human Agrin (AGRN) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with human samples and detects both natural and recombinant human agrin (UniProt O00468). Linearity in serum ranged from 81% to 120% across dilution factors, with EDTA plasma at 92–115% and heparin plasma at 87–114%.
