Human aFGF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0234)

The Assay Genie PharmaGenie ELISA platform delivers quantitative measurement of human acidic fibroblast growth factor (aFGF, also known as FGF-1), a heparin-binding mitogen central to studies of angiogenesis, wound repair, neuroprotection, and stem cell maintenance. Built for research use, the assay is configured to test cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples drawn from in vitro and in vivo experimental systems.

aFGF signals through fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR1–FGFR4) to drive proliferation, migration, and differentiation across many cell types.
