Human AFF1 ELISA Kit (HUFI07999)

This Assay Genie immunoassay kit targets human AFF1 (also known as AF4 or MLLT2), a nuclear transcription factor linked to the MLL-AFF1 fusion gene that drives a subset of infant and adult acute lymphoblastic leukaemias. Researchers investigating MLL-rearranged leukaemia, the super elongation complex, or chromatin-associated transcriptional regulation can apply the kit to quantify AFF1 protein in research samples.

Components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised recombinant AFF1 standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, chromogenic substrate, and stop solution, all supplied within a single boxed kit. The human-specific capture antibody shows no significant cross-reactivity with rodent orthologues. For in vitro research use only.
