AF-6, also known as afadin, is a multidomain F-actin binding protein encoded by the MLLT4 gene that localizes to epithelial adherens junctions, where it organizes the actin cytoskeleton and sustains cell-cell adhesion. This colorimetric kit from Assay Genie is supplied as a complete package with pre-coated wells, standards, detection reagents, and substrate in a single microplate box, enabling quantitative measurement of AF-6 in human serum or plasma specimens for research use only. The plate layout supports 96 determinations per run, and unopened components should be stored refrigerated at 4 °C until first use.
