The Human AEBP2 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures adipocyte enhancer-binding protein 2 in research samples. AEBP2 is a zinc-finger transcriptional corepressor that associates with the Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2), contributing to trimethylation of histone H3 at lysine 27 (H3K27me3) and downstream silencing of developmental genes. Investigators studying epigenetic regulation, chromatin remodeling, stem cell biology, and cancer signalling pathways use this assay to profile AEBP2 expression across experimental conditions.
