Human ADV-IgG (adenovirus-Immunoglobulin G) ELISA Kit (HUFI04706)

Built for laboratories measuring immune response to adenovirus, this indirect biotinylated immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured as a 96 Assays kit and detects human ADV-IgG (adenovirus-specific immunoglobulin G) in serum specimens, plasma specimens, and cell culture supernatant. Sensitivity and range are reported as qualitative, making the plate useful in seroprevalence screening and immunology studies where positive or negative classification of prior adenovirus exposure is the primary readout.

Working reagents include a lyophilised standard (2 vials), biotin-labelled antibody concentrate (120 µl), HRP-streptavidin conjugate (120 µl), TMB substrate (10 ml), 25× wash buffer (30 ml), plate sealers (5), and stop solution. The removable microplate is pre-coated and supplied as 8 × 12 strips. Reconstituted standards and conjugate working solutions are stored at 4 °C and protected from light; the unopened kit has a shelf life of 6 months at 4 °C.
