Human ADIPOR2/Adiponectin Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Adiponectin Receptor 2 (ADIPOR2). The kit supports the detection of ADIPOR2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, with a colorimetric readout at 450nm. The assay procedure involves adding 100µL of standard or sample per well with a 2 hour incubation at 37°C, followed by sequential incubations with prepared Detection Reagent A and Detection Reagent B, wash steps, a 15-25 minute substrate incubation at 37°C, and a final absorbance read at 450nm. The kit carries a stated shelf life of 12 months, with loss of activity reported at less than 5% within the expiry date under appropriate storage.
