Human Adiponectin Receptor 1/ADIPOR1 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human samples, accepting serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a standard curve range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Reported linearity for serum (n=5) is 86–102% at 1:2, 89–104% at 1:4 and 90–104% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) gives 82–97%, 86–98% and 91–101% at the same dilutions; heparin plasma (n=5) gives 81–96%, 93–100% and 84–98%.
