Human Adipocyte enhancer-binding protein 1 (AEBP1) ELISA Kit

Detection is colorimetric, and the kit reports a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 42pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is 6.2% and inter-assay precision is 7.5%. Linearity has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and recovery has been measured for serum and plasma.
