Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is configured for the quantitative measurement of human Adenylate cyclase type 10 (ADCY10), a soluble adenylyl cyclase linked to cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) signalling. The double-antibody assay is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Performance characteristics quoted in the product documentation include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity was reported for serum (n=5) at 87-100%, 84-96% and 88-96%; EDTA plasma (n=5) at 86-103%, 85-98% and 80-98%; and heparin plasma (n=5) at 85-105%, 83-93% and 86-100%. Reported recovery ranges and averages were 94-104% (98%) for serum, 86-104% (93%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-101% (92%) for heparin plasma (all n=5).
