Human Adenylate cyclase type 1/ADCY1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme immunoassay kit from Assay Genie, designed for the quantitative detection of human adenylate cyclase type 1 (ADCY1). The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to human ADCY1, and detection is achieved using a biotin-conjugated antibody and avidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP), with a colorimetric readout at 450 nm.
