Human Adenine Phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT) ELISA Kit

Adenine Phosphoribosyltransferase (APRT) is a key enzyme in the purine salvage pathway, catalyzing the conversion of adenine into AMP using PRPP as a cofactor. APRT deficiency leads to accumulation of 2,8-dihydroxyadenine crystals in renal tissue, making quantitative detection valuable for research into nephrolithiasis, gout, and inherited metabolic disorders.
