Human Adapter molecule crk (CRK) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Adapter molecule crk (also known as Proto-oncogene c-Crk or p38) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids. The assay recognises natural and recombinant human CRK and is intended for research use only.

The kit reports a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Precision figures provided by the manufacturer are an intra-assay CV of 7.9% and an inter-assay CV of 11.2%. Linearity across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 is given as 83-93% to 98-108% for serum, 93-103% to 87-97% for EDTA plasma, and 111-120% to 100-108% for heparin plasma (N=5 each). Average recovery is 84% (range 80-90%) for serum and 86% (range 80-92%) for plasma.
