Human ADAMTS9 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human ADAMTS9 (A Disintegrin and Metalloproteinase with Thrombospondin Motifs 9) in biological samples, using a double-antibody format suited to cell biology research. ADAMTS9 is an enzyme involved in extracellular matrix remodeling, regulation of blood coagulation, and inflammatory response modulation, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, arthritis, and cardiovascular disorders, underscoring its value as a potential therapeutic target and diagnostic marker.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a detection range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Linearity ranges from 87–101% in serum, 90–105% in EDTA plasma, and 89–98% in heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 94% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 96% for heparin plasma.

The colorimetric procedure uses TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C, where it remains stable for 12 months.
