Human ADAMTS7 ELISA Kit

Designed for the detection of human ADAMTS7 levels, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie offers high sensitivity and specificity for research applications. ADAMTS7 is a key enzyme involved in extracellular matrix remodeling and has been implicated in various diseases including arthritis, atherosclerosis, and cancer.

The assay is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It has a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Storage is at 2–8°C with a shelf life of 12 months.

Validated linearity spans 81–101% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges from 85–105% (serum, average 95%), 85–102% (EDTA plasma, average 95%), and 85–104% (heparin plasma, average 94%). The protocol uses a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, followed by biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, and TMB color development, with absorbance read at 450 nm.
