Human ADAMTS20/A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 20 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of human ADAMTS20 (A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 20) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody, colorimetric format with TMB substrate development and absorbance read-out at 450 nm.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, reported linearity spans 85-105% for serum, 83-97% for EDTA plasma and 81-99% for heparin plasma, with mean recoveries of 91% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma and 97% in heparin plasma. ADAMTS20 is described as an important enzyme involved in extracellular matrix organization and tissue remodeling, with dysregulation linked to various diseases, supporting its use as a biomarker in research applications.
