Human ADAMTS1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human ADAMTS1 (A disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 1, UniProt Q9UHI8) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit offers a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL.

The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash and dilution buffers, and plate sealers. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C (with select components protected from light) and remain stable for up to 12 months.
