ADAMDEC1 (ADAM-Like Decysin 1) is a secreted metalloprotease expressed predominantly in dendritic cells and macrophages of the gastrointestinal tract and lymphoid tissues, where it contributes to extracellular matrix remodeling and immune cell maturation. This Assay Genie kit enables researchers to quantify circulating ADAMDEC1 protein in human blood-derived specimens using a quantitative immunoassay run on a standard microplate, supporting studies in mucosal immunology, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and tumor microenvironment biology.
