Human ADAM9 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human ADAM9 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format offers a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a standard measuring range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL, and the kit is intended for research applications in cell biology.

ADAM9 (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 9) is a key enzyme involved in cell adhesion and migration, with described roles in cancer metastasis, inflammation and tissue remodeling. The kit provides a tool for analysing ADAM9 levels and exploring ADAM9-related pathways and potential therapeutic interventions. Linearity has been validated across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, with mean recoveries of 96% for serum, 92% for EDTA plasma and 93% for heparin plasma. Components are stored at 2–8°C and the kit is stable for 12 months under recommended conditions.
