Human ADAM33/Disintegrin and metalloase domain-containing protein 33 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human ADAM33 (Disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain-containing protein 33) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The double-antibody sandwich format uses a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin, generating a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

The kit includes a pre-coated dismountable microplate plus a validated Bradford Reagent for total protein normalization. The procedure comprises primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, and TMB color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes before stop solution addition and absorbance reading. The assay is intended for research use only.

Performance figures include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Reported linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions falls within 80-105% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n=5). Recovery averages range from 92% (serum) to 96% (EDTA plasma) across the same matrices. The kit is shipped on ice packs, with components stored at 2-8°C and a stated shelf life of 12 months.
