Human Activin AB PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0220)

Assay Genie provides a Sandwich ELISA Kit for the quantitative colorimetric measurement of Human Activin AB. The antibody pair specifically recognises Human Activin AB, and the assay is intended for use with human serum, plasma and lysate samples by ELISA.

The target is associated with the gene INHBA (Gene ID 3624, UniProt P08476), also referred to as Inhibin beta A chain, Activin beta-A chain or Erythroid differentiation protein (EDF). Results are reported quantitatively across a measuring range of 8.5 pg/ml – 2000 pg/ml, with a sensitivity of 8.5 pg/ml. A recommended 2-fold dilution series is suggested for samples.

For storage and stability, the kit may be kept at -20°C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles. It may alternatively be stored at 4°C for up to 6 months, and for extended storage it is recommended to keep it at -80°C.
