Human Activin A PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0219)

Built around a monoclonal capture antibody specific for the Activin A homodimer, this Assay Genie kit quantitatively measures Activin A across common research sample matrices including conditioned media and blood-derived fractions. Each microwell receives 100 µL of standard or sample, paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP for enzymatic signal development.

Activin A is a TGF-beta family cytokine researched in fibrosis models, sepsis biomarkers, reproductive tissue remodeling, and hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Upon receipt, unopened reagents should be stored refrigerated; reconstituted standards must be aliquoted and held frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
