The assay from Assay Genie uses a human-specific capture antibody pair and produces a colorimetric signal readable on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted reagents and the supplied standard should be stored at 4 degrees C and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers working with skeletal muscle biopsies or cultured myotube lysates typically load approximately 100 uL of clarified homogenate per well.
