Human Actin Related Protein 2/3 Complex Subunit 4 (ARPC4) ELISA Kit

ARPC4, also referred to as p20, is the ~20 kDa subunit of the seven-subunit Arp2/3 complex, the cellular machinery that nucleates branched actin filament networks. By anchoring the Arp2 and Arp3 subunits, ARPC4 enables lamellipodia formation, cell migration, endocytosis, and immune synapse assembly, and altered ARPC4 expression has been documented in metastatic tumor cells and activated leukocytes.

This Assay Genie kit is supplied as a complete package including a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, HRP conjugate, substrate, wash buffer, and lyophilized protein standard. Running the assay involves reconstituting the standard, generating a serial dilution curve, loading samples and standards in duplicate, incubating with the detection antibody, washing, developing color, and reading absorbance on a standard plate reader.

Intended for research use only, the kit supports quantitative measurement of ARPC4 in human-derived samples. Unopened components should be refrigerated upon arrival; reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
