This immunoassay kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of Human Acetylated HB concentrations in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids, using a colorimetric Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody detection method. The kit is reactive with human samples and is intended for research use only. It offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/ml and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/ml, with reported precision of Intra-Assay: CV<8% and Inter-Assay: CV<10%.

Components supplied include a dismountable ELISA Microplate in an 8×12 strip format, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), and plate sealer. The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.
